I'm usually pretty shy when I'm around strangers, but once I get to know you I can be pretty fun.

I'm a pretty big nerd really. I'm currently in my last year of a computing degree, and only recently quit WoW after playing for two years. My current hobbies include browsing the Internet, playing The Sims, and running (although I'm not too great at that yet).

I'm studying in Tauranga at the moment, but I have vague plans to move to Wellington once I graduate (it looks more fun down there).

I just got out of a long-term relationship so I'm definitely not looking for dates at the moment. I mainly joined up for the tests but it would be nice to have more friends to talk to, online or in real life :)

I don't read too much lately, but I like fantasy/sci-fi books best. I used to read a lot of Anne McCaffery and Terry Pratchett. I grew up with Harry Potter although I'm not obsessed with it, I've read Twilight but didn't think it was that amazing.

I generally don't really watch movies/tv much, opting to spend my free time on the internet instead. I like Scrubs and Desperate Housewives, and watching trashy reality TV like Wife Swap and My Super Sweet 16 is a guilty pleasure of mine. I mostly enjoy the typical chick flick movies.

My music taste is admittedly not the best - I mainly listen to Top 40 pop crap.

I have a pretty big sweet tooth which I occasionally indulge with Lindt chocolate. I'm not really fussy about food but I'm not keen on seafood (apart from fish), and I won't eat onions.

What I'm going to do with my life once I'm done with study. Hoping I can find a good job that I enjoy doing (or at least don't hate).

I want to travel eventually. America, England, Japan, Thailand, anywhere really. I have some online friends overseas it would be fun to meet up with.
