My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm an optimistic, sarcastic ass that works for the EPA. I am returning to school to major in Sustainable Energy Technology and I am rather obsessed with music (who isn't really) and books. My other interests are bacon, bacon, good single barrel whiskey and Bacon.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Work, river, making music, preparing for school, attending live shows when I can. Reading without my glasses on. (I'll fill this out more later.)
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Finding complex solutions to simple problems, rescuing rubber ducks, burning toast, recommending books/music and not punching squirrels.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have giant blue eyes.

A few people said I look like a thin Matt Damon. I don't see it. It seems to me that a lot of people pick out one feature and magnify it until you resemble someone famous. Like my Friend Ranjit. Even though he is 250lbs, male and of a rather dark complection, I tell him he looks like Olivia Wilde because he has the same thing going on with his cheekbones that she does. He doesn't see it.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: Catch 22, Ishmael, High Fidelity, House of Leaves, A Song of Ice and Fire series, Dune, Stranger from a Strange Land, everything by Lovecraft, many more.

Movies: The Shawshank Redemption, Aliens, A Tale of Two Sisters, Grandma's Boy, Shutter (Thai version), Inception, How to Train your Dragon and I probably have seen all the James Bond movies at least twice.

Shows: HIMYM, The Wire, Scrubs, Supernatural, Game of Thrones, Frontline.

Music: It is rather tough what to choose for this section, but I'll just put what I have been listing to reccently: Pink Floyd, Death Cab, Two Door Cinema Club, Maiden, Dj Shadow, Florence and The Machine, Cat Empire, The Human Abstract, Protest the Hero, City and Color, Bon Iver, Broken Bells, The Fleet Foxes, The Dodos and The Mountain Goats.

Food: I eat mostly vegetarian except for dinner. I love cooking (if you can call it that, my smoke alarm is telling me different) and my current favorites are different incarnations of risotto, salmon/steak on the grill, slow cooked carnitas, bacon wrapped with roasted greens and good ol' fashioned chicken parm. ( Not together in one meal of course)
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Books
2. A nice, well rounded music collection
3. Bacon
4. Some sort of instrument
5. Iced Tea
6. Good conversation
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The Future. Mine and the world's.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
If I am not leaving town I'm usually relaxing with friends over some spirits, listening to what new music was released and having inane but strangely interesting conversation.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have over 200 Funk/Soul/R&B records from the 70's that nobody ever sees. Guilty Pleasure.
