My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Blah, blah, blah. I'm a sarcastic, weirdo looking to hangout with others of that sort. I can be a snarky asshole who swears a lot but im also a sweetheart who will cook for you and read to you, among other things. I'm pretty androgynous and have been told many times 'you are such a dude' mostly by my more heternormative friends.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working as a veterinary assistant at a clinic in west seattle. Planning on going back to school, considering vet school. Knitting in bed, cuddling with my dog, trying to see every 'good' movie ever made, cooking for people and doing whatever random activities that come up. I've been rollerskating occasionally lately and it might be my new favorite hobby. I read a ton!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
knitting, making sexual innuendoes, being a slob, chatting up taxi drivers, over analyzing everything many times over. reading in bed.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Um.... Im supposed to say something flattering here right?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
books: drinking coffee elsewhere by zz packer, the glass castle, the book of laughter and forgetting, zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance, brave new world, medicine for melancholy by ray bradbury, the beak of the finch, hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy, a primate's memoir, no one belongs here more than you, middlesex by jeffrey eugenides anything by david sedaris and michelle tea, books about ants . etc. basically will take a gander at just about anything that has something honest to say, even if its shielded by science fiction.

movies: labyrinth, fried green tomatoes, me and you and everyone we know, a league of their own, the neverending story, let the right one in, harold and maude, amelie, dancer in the dark, sybil, l'iceberg, black swan, la vie en rose, king corn, grey gardens, together. documentaries, nature flicks. pretty much any scandinavian movies.

music: i just recently caught the cocteau twins flu, i hear it happens to many. also dig on bowie, neil young, cat stevens, tom petty, cat power, cocorosie, elton john, vetiver, grizzly bear, the knife, johnny cash, blonde redhead, dolly parton, old cher, radiohead, broken social scene, PET SHOP BOYS!

food: I am in a serious spicy phase. Pho, burritos, quality sushi. i try to eat food that i wouldn't feel guilty or grossed out if i knew how it was prepared or grown. so local, organic. not manufactured, dyed, overly saturated crap. mmm except the occasional top ramen. Really im not picky and love food adventures. Lets go!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
at this stage in my life...
whiskey gingers
laughter
animals
books
sex
good company
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
TIME, the past, present and future, my life plan, future travel plans, idyllic life situations, the hypnotic trance of consumerism and how unsatisfying it is, the psychology of people and creatures, my job in customer service is a study of this on its own, and how this just isn't my era
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
maybe drinking a bottle of red wine with some friends over delicious food which turns into a kitchen dance party to ridiculous music i soberly resist the urge to listen to. watching a its- so- terrible- its- good movie. seeing a concert. bike adventures. baking. fun. bar time.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
i like animals more than i like most people
