I'm shy until I get to know you. I enjoy road biking, hiking, mountain biking, traveling, good wine and coffee, cooking. I'm trying to stay somewhat fit as I age, so I spend a lot of time at the gym or outside doing active things. Try to watch what I eat and am exploring being a part-time vegan. I practice yoga and meditation and am spiritual-minded. I enjoy a great debate and one-on-one conversation. Not very good in large crowds, but prefer small groups.
