My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am a physicist, a student, an awesome teacher (I try to be modest but this is my students’ opinion), an aspiring social worker, a runner, a semi active quoran, a liberal humanitarian, an atheist, a feminist, a sports enthusiast, a math lover.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm a Physics graduate student and my work involves research and teaching, which btw according to Business Insider is the happiest job in America.

Lately, I'm also getting into long distance running and finished my first half marathon (Austin half marathon 2014) and targeting a full marathon next year. I also raise funds for organizations working on education, wildlife and gender equity.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
catching falling objects (knowing Physics does help), procrastinating but still being on time, cooking, internet research.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Recently a drunk dude in bar kept telling me that I look like a very nice guy. Apparently I got to know that this is the first impression I give to people. Now, I wonder whether they end up disappointed on knowing more of me or not.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Being a Football fan...ooops! sorry, soccer
2. Ice cream
3. My whiteboard
4. My laptop
5. Friday evening beer
6. and my work, I guess!
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Just about anything.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
with a few friends at a pub near UT
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Not so private but a little embarrassing that I still don't know how to swim. Lately I'm trying to learn but it's a lot more difficult than I thought. Maybe, I'm the man of steel and buoyancy forces aren't strong enough to make me swim :/
