I consider myself to be somewhat of a romantic. I like cuddling and holding hands. I love going hiking and recently bought a new bike, so I’ve been biking through the trails as well. I like going on adventures instead of staying home all day, although I don’t mind a relaxing evening on the couch every once in a while.

I enjoy my job, which is kind of difficult to explain, but I basically make websites easier to use. I’m over the partying everyday thing, but that doesn’t mean I don’t like going out and having a good time. I’d just rather not wake up with a hangover the next morning.
I'm doing the 9-5 M-F job thing, but I try to take advantage of the weekends and the days I can get off from work to spend time doing things I enjoy doing with my friends and family. This usually entails hiking, wandering the city, or hanging out with my niece.
I am going back to school on the side to pursue a certificate in graphic design. It's something I've always been interested in and am excited to take more classes in photography, graphic design, and web design.

My friends tell me I’m a good listener. I think I'm good at making people laugh, even if they're laughing at my horrible jokes.
I think I have a pretty good sense of direction. Comes in handy while hiking in the woods and driving around the crazy place that is Boston.
I'm good with computers (more so when it's on than the inside guts of it). I like to do photography and dabble with graphic design and web design.

I have a hard time getting into books. Or I just haven't found a subject that really interests me. I did enjoy Tipping the Velvet.
Movies - I'd have to say all time favorite would be Princess Bride. I like to watch documentaries and romantic comedies. And some kids movies. Monsters, Inc. has to be up there.
Music - Ani DiFranco, Indigo Girls, Dar Williams, and Eddie from Ohio are my top. [Wait, you know I'm gay, right?] I enjoy mostly everything except really "twangy" country. I listen to the current stuff on the radio, but need some folky escape every once in a while. I've recently gotten hooked on Tegan and Sara and Allison Weiss.
Food - I'm kind of a picky eater, and I just found out I am gluten intolerant, so it has been an interesting leap into trying new foods. It's going well and I've been spending a lot of time experimenting with new recipes.

Sometimes I'm headed out for a night on the town, other times I'm relaxing in preparation for a fun weekend.
After a week at work - usually spending a lot of time in a cube - I like to get out and do things, whether it's a hike, taking in a sport game, or wandering around the city.

The questions on here are designed to match you with other people, but going through them and answering them have caused me to learn a lot about myself. It forced me to think about things that I might normally not and showed me some things about myself.

I’m looking for someone who is laid back but ready to join me in adventures, whatever they might be. I want someone who can match me intellectually (I’m no genius, but I know the difference between their, there, and they’re). Bottom line is, I’m looking for someone real who I enjoy spending time with and enjoys spending time with me.
I know and love who I am and am looking for someone who is comfortable and confident with who they are.
