Hello everyone, my name is Kier and I am addicted to . . . oh wait

I think I am a normal college student and I lie to myself constantly. In reality I am a nerd and proud . . . err . . I mean hide that shamefully. I can be sarcastic at times, and tend to view the world from a lopsided point of view, usually laughing at it as well. I love to read and I am an information hoover. I also enjoy sports, making people laugh, and do play the occasional video games. I also believe that their are enough problems in the world already, it is much better just to go along for the ride and not to take life to seriously.
I guess I tend to fit into the nice guy cliche, or another words single nerdy guy, doing the whole buying dinner, holding doors open, et ectera. I am not really a fan of the drunken bar/party seen, more of a fan of the intellectual conversations.

What I’m doing with my life
Currently I am living life and sort of enjoying it. I plan on
sticking to that plan for many years until eventually the living
part fades a bit.
I recently transferred after spending two years at CSM discovering that I really really hate engineering and currently I am taking a few gen ed classes at AIMS trying to figure out which path I want to take my career down, currently leaning towards a History Major leading to being a teacher/professor.

I’m really good at
I am told that I am a natural leader and I am fairly good at
basket-ball. I have an honorary doctorate in advanced
procrastination techniques from la escuala NoSeNada. Mostly I am
fairly decent at being me, and finding humor in everyday
situations.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Well I think to list my favorite books, I would have to write a
book. So, a few favorite authors would include; Terry Pratchett,
J.R.R Tolkien, Robert Jordan, Heinlein, some Harry Turtledove, the
Harry Potter series, and many many other random books/authors that
I can't think of at the moment.
For the movies I enjoy a wide range of movies from comedies to cheesy sci-fi movies to the classics. Same answer for music, basically everything except gangster rap and extreme goat roping country.

On a typical Friday night I am
Well I am a nerd, and I usually work weekends, so usually on a
Friday night I'm either at work, on the computer doing school work,
or reading. Sometimes I go slightly more crazy and hang out with
some friends, go see a movie, or head to a sports game. I play a
large amount of basketball as well, so I may be shooting hoops with
some friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I have read most of the Harry Potter series in one sitting, I also
have spent more then three consecutive hours browsing Wikipedia and
yes, I might have a problem :P
