I like an adventure and I like someone to share it with. Travel rates high on my list of hobbies I don't do enough of. When I travel I always manage to get hopelessly lost once and I like it that way. The best stories come from the things I never intended to find.

I'm also into being stimulated and challenged. I like intellectual conversation and would far prefer a museum to a bar. I'm really looking for someone who is into expanding other people's horizons and having their own expanded as well.

Over the years I've realized that connection has very little to do with having things in common. After setting aside a few common values, all that really seems to matter is if I stand near to that person and feel driven to move closer and vice versa.

What else? I'm trans (ftm). I was assigned female at birth, but now live as male.

Learning, honing my craft, putting myself out there and trying something new.

I teach reading and writing to adults at CUNY and I love it. There's just something about the inattention of college students I can't get enough of. "Wait, there was a paper due today?" It never gets old. :)

Computers and I click or maybe it's google and I click. I have a motto: I can do all things through Google who empowers me.

I also have the kind of patience it takes to saw through a metal lock with a butter knife. I can't claim that I always exercise it, but it is there.

People usually notice my smile. Or maybe I should say that's the first thing people usually say to me. I have no idea if it's the first thing they notice.
