My self-summary
Hodgepodge.

its a fun word, you should look it up. But in all seriousness, I consider myself to be a mix of everything. I like to try new things, but every now and then, I find something I love and I throw myself in 110%.

I like to think I can talk about anything. Politics, current events, movies, sports. Yes - mostly sports. Especially hockey. This lockout is breaking my heart.

Travel, I love to travel. I've been a couple really cool places, but I still want to make it to Bhutan, Nepal, Peru, New Zealand, Bali, Malaysia, Eastern Europe.

And horses. I ride competitively, and I have been for the past 12 years. I love it, and I cant imagine my life without it.
What I’m doing with my life
Planning on going to graduate school for a Master's in Sport Psychology. I'm really interested in looking at the psychological effect of concussions on athletes. How much of it is mental, how much of it is actual brain damage? I could go on about it for forever. You should ask me about it if you have an hour or two.
I’m really good at
Apparently I make awesome cupcakes, I cook up a mean beef stew and grill an amazing cedar plank salmon.
Every now and then, I can take a really artsy photograph, but then I think I ruin it with Instagram.

Sections like this seem a little self indulgent, so maybe I should let you figure this part out.

And Scrabble. And Monopoly. And Settlers. And Cranium. I like games. I'm a nerd.
The first things people usually notice about me
Smile, eyes. Hey, its a cliche, but I'm just going off what other people say. I was once told I look like a "skinny Adele." I'm still a little uncertain of how I should take that.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books - Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime, Pride and Prejudice, Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, American Gods, and the Arkadians.

Movies - Good Will Hunting, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Donnie Darko, Star Trek ... pretty much any and all superhero movie, especially Green Hornet and Iron Man. Who doesn't love a superhero that's a bit of a badass?

Shows - Futurama, Archer, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, New Girl, Scrubs. I like almost anything funny.

Music - Hilltop Hoods, Jon Fratelli, Of Monsters and Men, Said the Whale, Mother Mother, Mumford and Sons. Maybe I should just show you my iTunes library ...

Food - I love good sushi, thai food, pub fare and a nice cold pint. But I can find almost something I'll like anywhere I go.
The six things I could never do without
1. My animals.
2. My phone (I feel naked without it)
3. Food
4. Paradise Found Tea from David's
5. Chapstick
6. Let me get back to you on this one ...
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Everything. I've been told I'm overly analytical, but I like to think that I'm just a thinker by nature.

I think about things I want to build, places I want to go, things I want to make, and more often than not, what the hell I should make for dinner.

And how to survive a zombie apocalypse.
On a typical Friday night I am
Who knows. I'm always doing something different.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
When I get quite drunk, I become a TRex. Which is mostly comprised of roaring and making stubby little TRex arms.
I’m looking for
  • Guys who like girls
  • Ages 18–32
  • Near me
  • For new friends
You should message me if
You can appreciate the fact that Aisha Tyler is my spirit animal.
