I'm not quite sure of what to write here as it's difficult to summarize an entire personality and life in just a few short paragraphs. Unless I write an autobiography here. Which I don't want to do.
I've lived in the Lower Mainland all of my life. There's nowhere else I'd rather be. I would like to travel though and experience what it's like in far-off lands. By far-off lands I'm referring to Ireland or China or Australia. Not Michigan or something. Although I haven't been there either.
My main interests include reading (history, alternate history, sci-fi and fantasy). I also like the occasional video games although don't play as often as I used to. When the weather permits I like hiking, bike riding, camping and basically just doing anything outdoors and enjoying nature. I like classic rock mostly (60s & 70s with a bit of 80s and 90s too) but I enjoy pretty much anything I can dance to.
I'm pretty laid-back and easygoing. I'm usually up for anything. I've been told that I have a pretty good sense of humour and I don't take myself too seriously. I also love to learn. I'm constantly researching topics of interest, from history to astronomy to philosophy.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm currently working and enjoying life as it comes.
I’m really good at
I'm really good at bringing up obscure historical or scientific topics. I go out of my way to be a good friend. Well, not out of my way. I mean if we're in the same room I'll try to cheer you up if you're feeling down. Or just buy you alcohol. I'm really good at making people laugh as well as making people feel at ease and providing near-continuous interesting conversation. I'm also really good at the robot.
The first things people usually notice about me
The first thing people notice about me, assuming they haven't yet spoken to me and are just staring creepily at me across a room, is my smile and my outgoing nature. If they have spoken to me I suppose they might notice my witty sense of humour and my intelligence but that's just a supposition on my part.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
I spend a lot of time thinking about history and philosophy and the
ethical ramifications of time travel. My thought processes often go
off on tangents. I like thinking about the natural world and how I
love to go on long road trips through across it and whether it's
safer to live in the city or the country and how I'd be terrified
if there was a real zombie apocalypse and what's the deal with bath
On a typical Friday night I am
On a typical Friday night I'm out with my friends having a good
time. Whatever and wherever that may be. Or I'm at home watching a
movie or reading a book or playing video games.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I've read history text books in my own time for fun. I also
occasionally have difficulty pronouncing the words integral and
anemone. I can pronounce library just fine though.
You should message me if
You should message if you find me interesting and/or attractive and
you feel like our personalities would compliment each other the way
a fine wine compliments a gourmet meal. Wait no that sounded cheesy
and pretentious. Just message me if you feel like it.
