My Self-Summary
I'm an active, athletic and family-oriented person looking for
someone who can challenge me. I like trying new things and getting
good at them - especially if they are a little obscure. I deal with
the snow by doing as many winter activities as possible (I play
hockey, and also
enjoy curling and
snowboarding).
Listening to music is one of my favorite things to do. I really enjoy small venue concerts, as opposed to the big stadiums because they're so much more personal.

What I’m doing with my life
I'm an engineering grad student. And as crazy as this sounds, I've
also got pretty good social skills.
I’m really good at
hockey, listening, puzzles, and MarioKart. I want to be good at
other things like curling and snowboarding and playing the
mandolin. I love trying new things, so challenge me!
The first things people usually notice about me
I drive a standard, and I can drive it in the snow.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
I love Canadian music, and generally any alt. rock. I also listen
to country, and enjoy going line dancing. Matthew Good is my
absolute favorite singer. I'm also a huge fan of Alexisonfire, AFI,
Breaking Benjamin, Greenwheel, Moist, and the Tragically Hip.
My favorite book is The God of Small Things. Other books I've enjoyed: LOTR, Ender's Game, The Last Lecture, The Fountainhead, and The Bean Trees.

I'm quirky...I like plaid and argyle. I have lime green sneakers. I
