I'm never one to talk about myself but here goes, the first thing that most people pick up on about me is I am the quiet type which obviously comes off in an odd light in this day and age but the people who know me know that I do care and will always be there when needed, I always remember 2 old sayings "those who say don't know and those who know don't say" and "actions speak louder than words". Ok another thing that I do like to get out there because it obviously applies here is that I've never had a girlfriend and along with that I am still carrying that ole virgin card which depending on which of my friends you talk to doesn't bother me anywhere near as much as it should because honestly I don't really care if I just wanted sex I could get sex I'm looking for something deeper. I've also got a bit of a hopeless romantic deep down I guess because I'm not really looking for a specific look what I'm looking for in a woman is that deep look behind the eyes if that makes any sense.

Ok that's a giant run-on and I'm going to stop for now...

Right now I'm in a sort of inbetween phase which is ok because I was able to save up and plan for it while I've been going through some life changes given recent events and longer developments which I'll talk about if you ask.

Ummm anything really, I've done a little bit of everything in my short life so far and given enough time I've been capable of truly anything with one exception that is...

I'm also really good at listening to people

I don't really know what the first thing people notice about me is... if I had to guess it'd be that I'm a big guy but tell ya what why don't you tell me.

I haven't read that much these days but I was reading Shogun while I was on disability and it did kind of remind me that I like reading so I keep my eyes open (I didn't even really mean to make that pun but I'll take it).

My favorite movies are too many to list as I've been an avid movie goer since my mom was a manager at a theater so I'll save that for later but between the video games and movies I have a few large dvd racks filled up.

I've thought about this a few times recently and while I don't watch a lot of tv in the grand scheme I have come to like a handful of stories that a few shows have developed like Once upon a Time, Suits, Lost Girl (Kenzi is so damn hot), White Collar, Arrow, Burn Notice, and a nod to some recently deceased series like House and Fringe.

As far as music goes my main favorites are rock based such as Nonpoint, AC/DC, Skindred, dropbox, earshot, etc... but I do also like artists like B.B. King, Eric Clapton, Nobuo Uematsu, Yoko Shimomura, etc. and I believe Classical music is one of the few genres with some true soul to it.

With food I believe in the tagline to Bizarre foods... If it looks good eat it, there's few foods I've found that I've tried and haven't liked.

Bicycling
Spending time at the gym (least 3 times a week)
Games of any sort (board, card, video, you name it)
Friends (which I'm sadly learning what its like to have friends that really want to be with me)
Good weather so I don't have to bundle up to get a ride in
Air just so I have 6 things

I'm thinking a lot about how to get my head around what I thought the world was supposed to be like growing up and what I want to live for with something in line with something in this strange culture of ours... I guess what I'm getting at is much of the world is now living for things rather than people and I find myself incapable of comprehending that...

It varies from week to week, sometimes I'm slacking off at home watching a movie or playing a game of some sort, sometimes I'm out with friends, sometimes I'll feel that urge to stop by a bar/restaurant for a bit, I'm usually up for anything so its whatever way the wind blows especially with the temporary unemployment (while I'm figuring things out right now)

Why not go for the laugh effect.... the last girl (I say girl for a reason) I tried to ask out... turns out she is bloody still in high school, so yea fail.

Oh I also picked up using the phrase bloody from playing wow (shamefully yes I used to play) with a bunch of australians and watching too much hell's kitchen
