After spending the better part of 10 years in Europe, I finally came back to the place I've always called home (I’m an Oakland girl born & bred) to be close to friends and family (and to stop hassling with international work visas!) I still harbor a bit of the nomadic itch, but for the moment the Bay Area isn't a shabby spot to be!

I am blessed to have an amazing group of friends here (we're like family) and we're always off on some new random adventure whether it be a night at the symphony, hunting down wineries off the beaten path, hitting the clubs or hitting the slopes. The marrieds and munchkins are now multiplying, so it may not be the same crazy shenanigans as a few years ago, but we're always rallying!

I absolutely love to travel (but believe that spontaneous trips always end up being the most fun), and after spending a good chunk of my formative years split between London, Madrid & Paris, I consider Europe is my second home so I try to make it back at least once or twice a year to catch up with friends and hit my old haunts.

I have a love for the arts (my undergrad degree was in Film), and I have a weakness for good food and wine (as well as being a connoisseur of nachos!) However, despite my penchant for more “cultured” activities, I’ve also been known to shed my high heels for a good game of mud football (I was on the boys' wrestling team in high school, so I'm a mean tackle!), and I’m a formidable opponent on the golf course or ski slope.

I do marketing for video games. (So yes, I am a gamer!)

Music: A little bit of everything... Desert island favs are Beck, Beastie Boys and Harry Connick Jr. I have a penchant for anything foreign or electronic. The presets on my satellite radio are EDM/house, indie, 80's & old skool rap. I also harbor a secret desire to be a house DJ...

Movies: My undergrad degree was in film and I worked in film festivals for many years, so I'll find some redeeming quality in just about every flick. (I guess I wouldn't make a very good critic!) My favorite is Disney's Alice in Wonderland- I've embarassingly memorized every line. Other loves are French New Wave and Danny Boyle films.

Food: Adore French, Mexican and Sushi, but will eat just about anything. I once ate snails 12 days in a row just to see if I'd get sick of them. I didn't.

I was a bit of a tomboy until I moved to Paris at age 21, where I learned the art of being feminine. Now I'm quite the girly girl!

You have a big heart (but can also stand up for yourself), are self-sufficient (but aren't afraid to ask for help), can offer to teach me new things (but aren't an overachiever know-it-all), are willing to indulge me in random unplanned adventures (but will tell me if my idea is crazy), and can make me smile. Nice eyes don't hurt either. ;)
