My self-summary
It's strange having to sort of boast myself on here. Saying all these amazing things about myself in order to attract someone, but I guess I'd rather have an actual conversation. You know, get to know someone and judge them for who they are instead of what they have decided to show me in a "snapshot" of them. So what do I want you to know about me? I'm awesome. There, that's all you need to know :}
What I’m doing with my life
I am currently working as an Administrative Assistant at a lawyers office. Nothing to so with my degree, but I have a really great boss and I get a decent paycheck. So it evens out.
I’m really good at
Being a smartass. As well as most things that have to do with the arts and crafts world (sans woodworking, glassblowing, and metalworking)...
The first things people usually notice about me
Maybe my style or hair? That I'm shy?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Oh lawd. There are sooo many things that I absolutely love in this world. My favorite book series is Harry Potter because it introduced me to the joy of reading. When I was younger I just couldn't get into books and this is why the series is so important. The Great Gatsby! the only assigned book in High school I actually read all the way through and adored. I also enjoy Chuck Palahniuk, I think I've read 3 or 4 books of his. The book I am reading right now (one of many) is "The Picture of Dorian Gray" by Oscar Wilde. It's pretty amazing so far. In the first chapter there were about 10 passages I really wanted to quote because they applied to my life and opinions. He is just an amazing author. I also just finished the Hunger Games. I really enjoyed the series but am thoroughly scared of the upcoming movie.

Movies! Hmm... I really enjoy movies with original plot lines that I haven't seen 60 times. I have a list of favorites and the one that has been on there the longest (since I was 6) is the Nightmare Before Christmas. Just so ingenious and original. I like movies that surprise me. Midnight in Paris was fantastic, full of charm and originality.

Shows! Scrubs, Mad Men, The Walking Dead, Big Bang Theory, Weeds, Nurse Jackie, Degrassi, Avatar the Last Airbender, The Big C, Law and Order SVU, Being Human (both British and SyFy versions), a little Dr. Who, America's Next Top Model, Face Off, and Project Runway. Don't judge.

Music! Well... I love everything from Nicki Manaj to Zero 7. I especially love anything that has a good beat.

Food! Oh the joys of food. I guess if I had to choose four types of food to eat for the rest of my life it would be Japanese, Italian, Thai and Mexican. Nom.

I'm not really one for chinese food because it's usually really greasy and just... blegh.
The six things I could never do without
Never? That's a long time. The sarcasm in me wants to list things like oxygen, water, food... but I'd rather list 6 things I'd like to have forever.

1. A really comfortable bed
2. My awesome computer
3. Art
4. Books
5. My hands
6. Color
I spend a lot of time thinking about
My future. Where I'm going to work and live. How I need to save up money and other finances. As well as where I'd love to travel to in the future. I also like to think about things that I need to do and make plans for them. I'm fine with spontaneity with some things... but finances and happy possibilities I like to plan out just a little bit more.
On a typical Friday night I am
Grabbing a few drinks with friends or watching a movie.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I enjoy reading teen literature... I read the Twilight series. Only because it was presented to me as vampire porn (which no lie was intriguing because of Ann Rice's "Interview With a Vampire", and Brad Pitt at the time). I was sorely disappointed, Bella is as dumb as a box of hair.

Also read "50 Shades of Grey", I thought it was boring and juvenile. Especially referring to her genitals as her "sex"...
I’m looking for
  • Guys who like girls
  • Ages 23–30
  • Near me
  • Who are single
  • For new friends, long-term dating, short-term dating
You should message me if
If you are looking for someone who wants more out of life then to just exist and has a passion for the world.

Also... please know how to type and spell. I don't really like struggling to try to read something when it's because of pure laziness.

Bonus if you know what sans means, as apparently a lot of you don't...
