My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hi, my name is Kate, I'm a person who loves to laugh and smile. My family and friends mean everything to me, I would do anything for them.

I have a quirky sense of humor and love to cook. I'm a huge fan of corny jokes and I'm slightly sarcastic!. The worst it is, the better I like it. My top two jokes are "Two peanuts were walking down the street, one was a salted." and "What's the difference between the treatment of swine flu and bird flu? One you use a TWEETment and the other an OINKment." If you can top that, you're amazing in my book!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I work at a Firehouse in Connecticut and at a private ambulance company while I study for my Paramedic Exam. Basically, I'm really good a fixing ouchies and holding heads until someone more qualified can help. So good, in fact, that I am trying to make a career out of it.

I am currently working out to make sure that I can hold my own at the firehouse. If you have any workout idea or tips, please let me know!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Holding heads and putting Band-Aids on people.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
my smile, I tend to have a big smile on my face.

Also my stethoscope. I'm rarely anywhere without it. Seriously, it's the blanket to my Linus.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Some of my favorite books are too many to count! My top two are currently "In Cold Blood" and "The Outsiders".

My favorite movies are "Dead Poet's Society" and "O, Brother where art thou?".

My favorite shows are currently "Cops" and "The Twilight Zone." I'm always looking for something new to watch!

For my taste in music, I basically listen to anything. I'm not picky!

I am a bit of a weenie, I tend to stay away from items that could be found on FearFactor.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. My first-aid kit. I'm a bit accident prone.
2. Grammarly, I practically owe this thing my life.
3. Netflix!
4. Books. I'm an avid reader.
5. My SAR (Search and Rescue) pack. (We all know that one guy who gets completely black-out-drunk at 3 am and decides that it would be a perfect time to go hunting/walk/hike through the woods, and only vaguely tells their roommate where they went.)
6. Pens. I'm always losing pens. I think I've lost at least 35 in the last 3 weeks.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Where I would like to travel once I finish my degree and pass my certification exams.

Why do people always want to go to a hospital that's practically in Narnia when there is a perfectly good one about 100 feet away?

Medical School or P.A. School? If you have any thoughts on it, I would love to hear them!
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Either working on the ambulance/ at the hospital or studying at home!

I live a rather exciting life, can't you tell?
