Chivalry is underrated. I wish I could say I wrote the book on this....I'd have made a fortune. I'm often the guy who gets to the door first but goes in last cause he's holding the door open, even for complete strangers. I say thank you to the waiter EVERY time he refiles my water AND yes I will say God bless you if you sneeze, even if you can't hear me. Honestly I like to play the hero. Life is full of jerks and I work really hard to not be one of them.
I'm going to put this out there right now as well. I'm a nerd / geek / tech guy...whatever the kids are calling us these days. I enjoy video games and the type of movies snobs don't like to call "films" and yes, I'll try and fix your cell phone and laptop if it's broken.
On the flip side balance is really important to me. Yes it's true video games are awesome, but they certainly DO NOT define who I am. In fact I enjoy outdoor activities and exploration equally as much. I even spent some time in Japan during my college career, studying Art, History and Martial Arts. Yes I can speak Japanese, but It's terrible now.
