I am curtis, courteous, and humble.

My Self-Summary

..........................................e.d.i.t..s.o.o.n...or..l.a.t.e.r...................................................................... ....................................... ....................................... ....................................... Curtis is a very common first name for men (#112 out of 1220). i just found that out even though i've only met 1 other in real life and 3 in movies. and one guy with the same exact first/last name.

dislike intolerable people (dont have to agree, or even understand; just have to acknowledge)

What I’m doing with my life

School, working (soon again, damn economy and its high % layoffs), the usual.

I’m really good at

I'm good at diagnosing and repairing computers which is still just a hobby. I am looking into majoring in electronics and computer engineering. I'd say i'm average at playing guitar now, after about 6 years of it i better have learned something!

The first things people usually notice about me

I guess my smile and how thin i am. I am skinny but it doesn't bother me and i think it makes my life easier in the long run, for a number of reasons. like climbing and such :-p.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

I dont have a favorite, but i have a compilation of things i do enjoy in these categories:

Books: sad to say i haven't read a real book in a while. I do read a lot of online articles and cracked.com always gets me to laugh. I have read this fiction novel which was put together by a fan of Planescape: Torment, which is a game. It worked out rather well because of the heavy dialogue and some of the best storytelling that makes you reflect on yourself.

Movies: one of my all time favorite movies is Fight Club, evil dead trilogy, cowboy bebop, FUMOFFU, A.I., The Thing, Blade Runner, Alien Quadrilogy, Vanilla Sky and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
zombie movies - 28 days later, zombieland, Shaun of the Dead, and all those classics i can't remember right now
war movies like - saving private ryan, behind enemy lines, starship troopers, black hawk down, and a ton of others i cant remember again.
others: Dogma, Hot Fuzz, Harold and Kumar, Indiana Jones, Star Wars, Superbad. what everyone generally likes.

Music: sooo much to list so i'll just say what i dislike. i'm not into country or pop but almost everything else goes. kill me two times over if you make me listen to anything with a vocoder unless it's a damn good song.

Food: Italian food is what i've grown up on and love it! I'm friends with the chinese food place in town too.

The six things I could never do without

My guitar, favorite pillow, a pet (cats!), society,

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Summarizing my thoughts and the process of it is a big ordeal. i could spend hours trying to remember what i've been generally thinking about in X amount of days, but i dont like math.

What i've been recently thinking a lot about is what school i'm going to transfer to next year. Also what classes to take, where and what type of job that pays the bills at home, love, sex, what songs to learn on guitar etc.

On a typical Friday night I am

getting a big group of friends together, jamming, drinking, bon fires, diners. when i have the money movies, the city and shows-concerts.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

wouldn't be private now would it? Once i've gained your trust (time and familiarity of you) then i open up.
