I'm a kind, easy-going, the glass is half full kind of guy. I don't sweat the little things and try to focus on the big picture. To me, honesty and loyalty are two of the most important traits a person can have and I make these traits a priority in my life.

I'm trying to get the most I can out of it. I try not to focus on stuff and instead I spend my time making my life and the lives of those important to me better. I just bought a house and I'm waiting to get the keys so I can get started on all that home ownership entails.

I really try to enjoy the outdoors that Ohio offers and spend much of my free time trail running through the woods, visiting local bike trails, hiking, or spending time on the lake with my family. I enjoy playing sports when I can and started playing soccer for the first time in my life.

I constantly focus on improving myself physically and mentally. I'm a voracious reader and love books that can make me a wiser person. I enjoy reading history, self improvement, and evolutionary nutrition books. I lost over 100 pounds a few years ago through proper eating and exercise.

Career wise I work in the IT field for the Government. I've worked at the same location for the last twelve years and will probably have it for many more. My job indirectly helps many people who need help and this is something that has become an important aspect of my job. There aren't tons of IT jobs that really help people who need it, and this is the most enjoyable part of my job.

Listening and making people feel at ease. I often joke that I should have a couch in my office at work because people are always asking for advice and telling me their problems.

I'm also really good at working under pressure and fixing problems. I would say I thrive under it and that's a skill that has been honed over the years at my job.

I read a ton but some of my favorites are Gates of Fire, Why We Get Fat, Good Calories - Bad Calories, the Alchemist, anything by Jack London.

I watch a ton of movies and it's one of my favorite things to do before bed. I love too many to list.

I don't watch much television but Mad Men, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Eastbound and Down, The Walking Dead, and Game of Thrones are some current favorites.

I love a wide range of music but currently some of my favorites are the Black Keys, Murder by Death, Radiohead, Baroness and the Roots.

When it comes to food I love trying new stuff but I almost exclusively eat meat and vegetables with the occasional splurge.

My family, but most importantly my niece.

Usually catching up on sleep or watching a movie. Occasionally I'll go out with friends or out for dinner but the bar and club scene aren't really for me.
