I am outgoing, tactful, lively and I like making people laugh. I am transparent andhonest to a fault. I enjoy the simple things in life and I try live in the moment while somehow planning for the future.

I enjoy learning about new things and I would love to meet someone that I could buy and use livingsocial coupons with (skydiving?kayaking?) after meeting each other a few times. The qualities I value most in a person are modesty, benevolence, and overall good cheer. Some things that make me go rubbery in the knees are a mechanical mind (which I lack), weathered hands and good manners.

You may notice that this says "replies rarely or never" about me. This is because 1.) I am pretty busy during the school year 2.) I don't answer to empty profiles or one liners ...but don't be scared away by my selectivity rating, I'm just keeping my schedule open for you! ;)

I just graduated nursing school so I have gone from being a student to being unemployed..therefore, what I am mostly doing is job searching, gardening and spending time enjoying the Spring as I have never been able to before.

I enjoy making people feel better about their yoga practice in comparison to my own clumsy tree pose wavering.

I spend a fair amount of time weighing in on how to raise a conscientious, intrinsically motivated, independent, joyful, resilient and empathic future adult. I am also desperately trying to be a better tooth fairy since this kid is almost on to me. Hiding money under pillows is some serious ninja shhhhhhh.

My favorite restaurant in Baltimore is an Afghani dig called The Helmand. My reading lately has been strictly non-fiction since I have been in nursing school world. I am currently enjoying human interest documentaries--at this latest date two favorites are Sound and Fury and Absent. My favorite singer/songwriter is Elliott Smith. Please introduce me to new music and bands. I have lots of "favorite" bands but Pandora is my music finder so well, that's that.
