I enjoy running, hiking, camping, and am interested in nutrition and philosophy. I'm working on playing the guitar better.
After living in a Hawaiian jungle for 5 weeks, I appreciate electricity, and running water and internet access more. I don't feel like I need to run away from technology any longer. Turning it off regularly is vital.
I regularly strive to become a better listener.
I consider myself spiritual but not religious.
