Books: anything that challenges my intellectual curiosity and informs of the issues we face. A good fiction or sci/fi is always enjoyable to explore the endless possibilities of human creativity.

Just a partial list of my favorites movies include Shawshank Redemption, Heat, Last of the Mohicans, Men who Stare at Goats, District 9, Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country, Star Wars IV-VI, Indiana Jones, Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, Invictus.

Some of the TV shows I enjoy: Community, Survivorman, Band of Brothers, Family Guy, Arrested Development, Alfred Hitchcock Presents, X-Files, Battlestar Galactica, Walking Dead.

For music I listen to everything from oldies to classical to pop to rock. Some of my favs include U2, Collective Soul, Bruce Hornsby, Bruce Springsteen, The Killers, The Airborne Toxic Event, Tom Petty, and Hans Zimmer.

With food, I am easy to satisfy so long as it is not too spicy or hot. I enjoy trying new things including foods from various parts of the world.

Family, friends, ambition, education, opportunity and awareness.
