My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Why, hello, fancy meeting you here. I'm twenty, work at GameStop, I like to play Dungeons and Dragons (my group is overfull at the moment) and Magic. When I'm not working I'm spending time with my three roomates/best friends.

I work very often and I'm happy with that. If I'm not doing something, I don't feel productive. On a night off though, I always try to make a point of doing much of nothing or going out and adventuring. In my spare time, I try to catch up on my video games or finish a book, but that doesn't happen often. I like to bake when I have recipes and love making stuff when it's a group activity. I generally like sun more than rain, and warm more than cold.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm going to college soon and hoping to be in the field of history, science or literature.

Right now, I'm working at Gamestop. I really love my job and the people I work with. I can't wait to start school just because I feel I haven't had the opportunity to learn much as of late. I want to revive my German and work on learning Spanish, and as many other languages as I can.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Making myself look silly, dispelling awkward situations and making short conversation. However, it's harder for me to hold long conversations except with a certain corresponding personality type. I generally prefer to think I'm good at everything, but I do have my downfalls. I can't play most sports to save my life. I do, however, have a creative mind.

If I had to say that I had a talent, it would be with my words and my interactions with people. I'm a people person, an extrovert, and I'm a good mediator. I have become more shy in the past few years, so it may take a little while for my outgoing side to show.

People with either tend to notice my hairstyle or my style of clothing. Depending on what's going on. Right my hair is my natural color, an almost black. It's a faux hawk that I hope to get to the point where I can either braid it or put it into a pony tail. My profile picture is a good depiction of it.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I love Chuck Palahniuk's work. I also like sci-fi, fantasy and comedy. I like Stephen King, Anne Rice, and Neil Gaiman. I'm just starting to get into comic books, and so far I love Deadpool and Cable and American Vampire.

As for movies, I love Fight Club, non-sequential movies such as Pulp Fiction and Snatch, and comedies. Recently in my household we've been watching serial killer comedy movies. I'm not sure how this occurred, but now Netflix won't stop suggesting them. God, also Redline. It's so pretty.

As for shows, I've watched Wilfred as of late and started on Supernatural. We also watch Dr. Who as a family activity. I also really love Gravity Falls, Adventure Time, Dan Vs. and Bob's Burgers.

Musically, I like electro-swing, anything catchy and easy to dance to, although I cannot dance at all. Besides Electro-Swing, I also like bands such as mewithoutYou, Gorillaz, White Stripes, Deltron 3030, Mindless Self Indulgence, Die Antwoord, The Toadies, The Classic Crime, Incubus, Creature Feature, Johnny Cash, Neon Horse, Crazy Town, Eve 6, Combichrist, Cake, Alt-J, Atmosphere, Buckcherry, Dangerdoom, Flobots, Florence and the Machine, I Monster, Korn, MC Chris, Moby, Modest Mouse, Offspring, The Prodigy, OTEP, Pinback, Sugar Ray, Pixies, Rob Zombie, She Wants Revenge, Static-X, Sublime, System of a Down, Black Keys, The Killers, White Town and Zebrahead.

I also really like musicals, such as Repo! The Genetic Opera, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog and Moulin Rouge.

As for my favorite video games, some of them include Enslaved, Dragon Age Origins, Ni No Kuni, Dishonored, Harvest Moon, Animal Crossing, Bioshock, The World Ends with You, Sonic, Catherine, Journey, Mirror's Edge, Left 4 Dead, Portal, Blur, Mass Effect, Sims, Professor Layton, etc.

On a side note I didn't include before, I like anime as well. Right now we're watching Attack on Titan, Free!, and Dangan Ronpa. I'm trying to sit down to watch Gurren Lagann.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
A good book, a nice bed, my family (consisting of my sister, brother, mother, and my roommates), a goal, my guinea pigs, and really good food.

Right now I have two guinea pigs, Mo and Micha.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
My immediate goals. Where I'll be ten minutes from now, or six hours, or a month. I should really focus on the present. I also spend a lot of time thinking about silly things and questions without definitive answers.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Probably working. If I'm not working, and I don't have work the next day, I'll normally go adventuring with my roommates or having a movie night at our house.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I can't really think of anything. I'm an open book.

I sometimes forget to feed my fish ;-;
(Side note, I'm doing better with that now.)

To be completely honest, I'm not looking for a relationship. I'd like to focus on my school and work and writing. I like companionship, but don't necessarily want more than that. If I run into the right person, then sure, we'll see what happens. But mainly I'm looking for good conversation that can sustain itself for a few days to a week before I'll consider moving onto other forms of communication (phone, facebook, etc.) So, I really don't respond to messages with phone numbers in them. Sorry :/
