I'm a relaxed, funny guy who loves to have a good time meeting new people and trying different things. I run my own business that I am very passionate about doing well. I'm a huge sports nut and fairly old fashioned type of person. I make situations both awkward and fun on a regular basis and pretty much guarantee you will at least have an interesting time with me.
I like craft beer and trying out local restaurants. I need live music in my life at least once a month to stay happy, even if it is just a sunday evening at the slippery noodle.

I operate my own law firm in broad ripple, and trying to squeeze as much joy out of life as possible.

I like to think of myself as the well rounded type. I'm a good listener and teacher, and I'm great at working my tail off to achieve my goals. I'm also pretty good at making someone smile after a bad day. I throw a pretty mean tailgate party, and I specialize in parlor games.

I generally have a wry smile on my face, it makes people wonder what I'm thinking.

Books: I was a history major in college and basically only read biographies of historical characters, I don't even remember the last time I read a fiction book. I love to read books about American history and the history of World War II in America and Europe.

Movies: I tend to like older movies, so Netflix has been pretty sweet to me. Rebel Without A Cause and HUD are two of my favorites right now. I started going back to the theaters lately after I found that one off Keystone that serves beer.

Shows: I'm a big fan of the Simpsons and basically any original programming on FX, but mostly I watch college sports on TV.

Music: I'll listen to anything from the last 100 years or so. My 'favorite' types though are probably Late 60's rock (Stones), Early 80's Post Punk (Minneapolis scene), "No Depression" Style Alt Country, and the 90's grunge scene. The Replacements and Old 97's are basically always in my CD player. (Yeah, I still have a CD player)

Food: Italian is probably my favorite for going out, but I'm pretty flexible. I've tried sushi a few times and it is not for me, but I'll always give it a shot. One strange thing though... I don't eat chicken. I like to try all types of food and enjoy checking out new restaurants from fancy steakhouses to poorly lit roadside diners. I love to be able to recommend places to people so I attempt to visit as many new places as possible. If you have any good broad ripple recommendations, let me know!

1) Laptop: I use it all day long to run my business/life.

2) Family. Family has always meant a lot to me, and I don't see that ever changing.

3) A shower... I hate going more than about 26 hours without one.

4) My vehicles...I do not enjoy public transit and I absolutely love to drive.

5) Good friends... If you surround yourself with good people then all the things wrong with your life go away for a while.

6) Distractions... I have a hard time doing the same thing over and over again, so distractions are overly welcome in my every day life.

How to make my business as successful as it can be.
I tend to try and discover new interests all the time and then think about those for quite a while.
My brain never stops running, so it has plenty of time for important and useless items.

Out with my buddies, or maybe having people over. I hate having a typical night though.

Despite being interested in girls since I was about 4, I still have no idea when they are interested in me. Subtlety is not a language I understand well when it comes to women.
Also twice recently two different people have compared me to Ron Swanson from parks and rec. I have never seen the show so I am not sure if this is a compliment or an insult.

You are a fun person who wants to have a good time.
You need a guy who can fix you car and help with your taxes.
You can make me laugh. Big points if you went to IU or love the Hooisers.

In the past I have often dated women who are introverted and a bit insecure. I am looking to get away from that. You don't have to be the life of the party, but please be willing to be there.
