My self-summary?

I have a penchant for brown beer. Although that probably shouldn't be the first thing I put here.

Working, traveling, living, volunteering, teaching, listening, learning.

making horrible, inedible dinners but deliciously delightful desserts.

going to wineries and accidentally drinking far too much. That is the second drinking reference I have made..if I don't stop you will think I am an alcoholic.

reading....lots of other things that make me sound lame.

My height. Most people find it intimidating.

I have lots of favorite books and I read a ton so I am just going to list the last four or five books I have read - Sons and Lovers by DH Lawrence, Jane Eyre - Charlotte Bronte, Pillars of the Earth - Follett, Saving Fish from Drowning - Amy Tan, A Long Way Down - Nick Hornby, A Thousand Splendid Suns. I got on a classics kick a while back - Tale of Two Cities, Scarlet Letter, East of Eden, Last of the Mohicans, Canterbury Tales. Thanks to the wonder of audio books - this week whilst working I have knocked out two new ones. Snuff by Chuck Palahniuk and Summer Crossing by Truman Capote.

I am recently wondering why it took a Levi's commercial for people to read Whitman. Or at least take an interest.

Music - I need some direction...maybe you can help me out?

Amelie has always been one of my favorite movies. I'm a sucker for Good Will Hunting. Did you ever see Candy with Heath Ledger? That movie was intrusively brilliant. How could I forget... Snatch, Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels - Guy Ritchie. Although that could be because of my crush on Jason Stateham.
