My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm Lauren. I'm a publicist in NYC. I like cooking and baking, pop culture, yoga and going out with my friends.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I live in Hoboken and I work at a PR firm doing home and housewares PR-- which basically means I know a lot about the type of stuff you can buy at a store like bed, bath and beyond.

I love hanging out with my friends, many who I've known forever. Definitely love to go out but generally not every day of the weekend these days. Recently I started hot yoga and it's simultaneously the hardest and most relaxing thing ever. I'm kind of crafty. I'm a pretty good cook--- nothing fancy but generally things I make don't taste bad.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Not to toot my own horn here, but I'm really good at baking. I can cook too but definitely better at baking.

I also think I'm a pretty good listener.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have a pretty good sense of humor and am usually "the funny one."

And I have great hair and nice eyes.

I'm taking my sweet-ass time reading the Game of Thrones series. I really liked Water for Elephants and cried after reading Five People You Meet in Heaven.

I love anything by Kevin Smith or Judd Apatow. Some other favorites include Dirty Dancing, American Beauty and Wet Hot American Summer.

Game of Thrones, American Horror Story (marathoning through all the seasons), Girls, Parks and Rec, New Girl, Orange is the New Black, Mad Men, Sharktank (It's legit my favorite) and Bob's Burgers! I also just started watching Shameless and it's definitely a contender to be a new fav.

I'm really getting into folk rock. And I genuinely like Taylor Swift. I like classic rock and basically all 90's music. Just got spotify premium and it's easily the best purchase I ever made.

I know this isn't a category but after Serial I jumped on the podcast wagon. Been listening to Savage Love and Freakanomics a lot. Definitely taking recommendations that don't suck.

I'm the least picky eater of all time and will try anything. I love burritos and breakfast food. Chicken and Waffles are god's gift to man. I love hummus and guac and think it's weird when someone doesn't like either one. I generally eat healthy though.
