My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am a peaceful vegetarian with an unselfish personality and a slightly sarcastic sense of humor. I am a vegetarian because I hate plants, and my mission is to eat them all before they take over the world. I can get along with omnivores, but probably not carnivores.

I enjoy shopping at thrift stores. With the exception of my undergarments, the majority of my clothes are from thrift stores. I enjoy vintage shirts.

Being a middle child, I am able to appreciate both sides of an issue. I firmly believe in my opinions, but I am centrally grounded enough to understand all sides. My style is passive and open, but I can lead when necessary.

Well, that is me in short summary.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I am an elementary school teacher.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Being myself. In all situations, I am always myself.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I do not know because I have never asked anyone. Maybe you can tell me.

Often, other people tell me that I look like someone else they know. Strangely, I usually do not see the resemblance.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I like books. I always have at least one stack of library books on my floor. I believe that checking out a book is practically equivalent to reading it, but I do read everyday at lunch. In an attempt to understand religion, I am reading many books on religion; still waiting on the understanding. I read mainly nonfiction because I enjoy learning new things.

My favorite books: The Alchemist, The Tao of Pooh, 1491, Crime and Punishment, A Confederacy of Dunces, and The Prophet.

Movies: Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Annie, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Tend to gravitate toward comedies and action movies or light dramas.

Music. I enjoy all types of music. The artists I recently listened to include Brandon Flowers, Donovan, Pet Shop Boys, Rage Against the Machine, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Connie Francis, and Fleetwood Mac.

I like food. I am a vegetarian and I like to cook. Most veggies and non-veggies seem to enjoy my cooking. Anyway, it is usually what I eat. I like all things sweet.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
butterflies, rainbows, lollipops, kittens, gravy, and flowers

but seriously, a frisbee, my pottery wheel, my garden, spices, my bike, and an electric kettle
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
everything. silent waters run deep. not that I am always thinking of deep things. just always thinking.

Lately, I have been thinking a lot about teaching, and how to best apply educational theories.

Also, politics, religion, spirituality. Just trying to figure it all out.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Usually home, which is why I am here.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I do not like talking on phones and I hate leaving messages. I would much rather do everything in person. My cell phone is mainly used for an alarm clock.
