Hey everyone! My name is Rob, and I just graduated from law school and passed the bar. Currently, I am searching for a legal job, but I have a full time job at the moment in health insurance to make some money.
This is a time of transition for me in many ways, and I would imagine that some of you are in a similar position. One thing you should know about me is that I want to live up to my full potential. I hope I can make a positive impact on the world with my law degree, and I am still in the process of figuring out the best way to do that.
I am a deep thinker who enjoys problem solving and philosophizing about life. I hope those skills can help me in law, but they also help in strategy games like chess or checkers (bonus points if you like or are good in either). There is also another side to me as well that enjoys art, music, and poetry (I would like to start writing again). Before you think I am too soft, let me tell you that I am also a purple belt in Kung Fu. And this isn't something I did as a kid either, this is current so I expect to get even better with time. Maybe I can take it all the way to black belt, who knows. Anyways, in law school, I really didn't think about health or fitness too much because I never had time for it. Now that I am on the other side of that experience, I am trying to think more about healthy habits and continue them even after I practice law.
I want someone to inspire me. I want someone that I can share thoughts and ideas with, and also just enjoy everything that life has to offer. It is a lot to ask, but I am willing to give too. I know it is not just about me, I want to make someone else happy too.
