I own an original production cell of Marge and her sisters dressed as witches in the 'Easy Bake Coven' Treehouse of Horrors episode. I have a membership at the Bloor Cinema.

My work is extremely important to me, but I try (with varying levels of success) to have a balanced life. My last big vacation was a trip to Munich for Oktoberfest. My hometown really is Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. Finally, I've never been known for subtlety nor brevity, so there's never a dull moment.

After nearly 20 years working in mental health and addictions I am taking a 'break' of sorts to work in education. I'm also working on my MEd. I'm here because I'm looking to spend a bit more time on my personal life than I have in recent years.

Just finished reading Just Kids, Patti Smith's autobiography. Loved it and I can't wait to go back to NYC. Currently reading When The Body Says No by Gabor Mate, a brilliant physician on Vancouver's Lower East Side.

TV: Sadly too much to chronicle here! How I Met Your Mother, Mad Men, True Blood. Rarely miss watching The Daily Show and Colbert Report. Don't like so-called reality tv.
