My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
This is me at my worst. My main profile picture was taken about an hour ago and I had just walked into my apartment after spending 36 hours driving a truck and doing sound/lightning at two flash-discos between Lund and Gothenburg. So it doesn't get much worse than this. Why did I do that? Because I try to never say no to an adventure, otherwise I'd just spend way too much time in front of a computer.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I work full-tijme as a computer programmer and in my spare time I try to learn new things, help out at concerts or try to find new interesting things to try. I do not have a plan for the future - at most I have plans a month in advance. Luckily my job allows me to take a day or two of at a short notice if I feel like travelling somewhere...
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I am a sound engineer at concerts, light programmer at discos and I pretend that I know computers. I can play a little guitar and I can find my way using a map. I have cooked food for hundreds of people and repaired my own clothes. I have built my own electronic devices and welded a cart for a weld. I would say that I know how to do a lot of things but that I am not an expert at anything...
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Probably that I am rather tall. And of course my handsome-ness followed soon by my humble-ness (sorry, that's probably top-three oldest jokes in the history of mankind. But how else to answer a question like that?).
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Lots of fantasy - Martin, Abercrombie, Pratchett etc. Historical/factual books are also read.

I'd watch just about any movie but prefer movies that makes sense but makes you think. Some older examples of what I mean are 12 Monkeys, Memento and Sixth Sense - they tie it all together in the end (I was a bit disappointed in Fight Club for this reason since I felt like a lot of scenes didn't really make sense after the big reveal).

Music? I work at discos in Lund at times and excuse me while I fetch my cane and grumble like an old man, but I prefer artists/groups that play real instruments with real skill. Other then that I am one of those that actively listens to the lyrics of the songs I hear and if I really like it tries to find out more about the song and what it's really about etc.

Food? Good food is important, I like to cook (alone or with others - but it is more fun to cook when I am not the only one eating it...) what more is there to say about it? I don't really have a favourite meal and recently it has mostly been quick dinners - but never pre-fabricated food...
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I do feel a bit handicapped without Internet - but I don't really have anything I cant do without. I tend to accept situations and make the best of it :)

And I do like to misinterpret questions like these. I think it has to do with all that programmers education - answer the question exactly....
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How stuff works. How is the bathroom I am in tiled? How is this web page made? How do small book-stores stay in business? How would a money-less society work? And of course the standard "what should I have done/said in that situation"?
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
somewhere doing ... something. This last month (roughly) I have spent my Fridays in Dublin, Stockholm, Gothenburg and in my couch. I have no respect for Friday nights - I can work, travel, just stay at home or party - and it's usually not very well planned.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I admit mostly anything to someone in a conversation if asked or the other one really wants to know. But never to the internet in general :)
