I am still attached to some books I have read several times
(Farenheit 451, La Coscienza di Zeno, 1984, Brave New World, Animal
Farm, Barney's version, The Idiot, Heart of Darkness and all
Fante's and Bukowski's work just to mention some) but generally I
like to change quite radically topics and genres, constantly hoping
for new epiphanies...
Similarly to my choices in literature, my approach to the seventh
art is quite eclectic. After several years and trials I can only be
sure that I do not like musicals. I am a lover of different film
formats such as short movies, ads, documentaries, video
Breaking Bad, Shameless (US&UK), Six Feet Under, Mad Men, The
Office (UK), Extras, Life's Too Short, An Idiot Abroad, Curb Your
Enthusiasm, How's Made, virtually every single TED Talk and
whatever Sir David Attenbourough has ever produced in the field of
nature documentaries are my first hand choice :) I love stand up
comedy, I adore the undisputable genius that is George Carlin,
followed by Bill Hicks, Louis CK, Chris Rock, Bill Burr, Ricky
Gervais and Totó above several other performers that gifted
humanity with the most powerful weapon ever conceived: irony.
I collect every kind of music, sound or noise produced by human
being. I'll give a second chance to (almost) every artist, but
don't ask me to listen to Eros Ramazzotti... :-)
I am a food explorer... There is no dish or ingredient I wouldn't
try once, no matter how strange it might look or smell. I travel
miles to get inspired by new weird and delicious flavors. I have
already tasted things that you probably wouldn't wanna know, but
still my curiosity is very much alive... :) I love every single
kind of cuisine and I think every one of them has something good
