I'm also raising a kid 50% of the time and like to volunteer in causes that I believe in.

I'm a great first date, but please don't propose at least until the second date when I run out of interesting things to say. I was at one time a National Champion in a sport that no one has ever heard of. I'm a great friend and my passion in life is kicking political correctness in the ass, in favor of common sense!

Oh and I also cook a mean bowl of cold cereal.

I like reading bio and history. Movies, I'm in to formulaic comedies, action pictures were you can cheer the hero and strangely enough independent films most of which leaving me pondering what I just watched.

If there is a type of music that isn't on my ipod right now I would be amazed. The a quick query of the genius buttons database will convince you that I might have a multiple personality issue.

Food to me is a journey. Life is short and some many things to try. When I travel to distant places, I actually take pride in getting sick at least once. As I'm lying on the floor I think to myself what wonderful things I would miss tasting if I played it safe.

In the last 45 days I have spent time in London, Dublin, Shanghai and Munich. My conclusions are that I love dim sum, corned beef and cabbage taste better in New York then Dublin, though Dublin has better Irish Whiskey! I believe there is a British law outlawing flavor and taste. Love the food / beer in Munich but, no sauerkraut is not a replacement for fries!

Laughter, warm climate, a spell checker, the knowledge of how blessed we are to live in such interesting times. OH and of course Sex, Drugs and Rock and Roll... well not the drugs but Sex and Rock and Roll just didn't sound right alone

Current events kind of a news junkie, I'm very into US energy policy, I believe in a balanced approach. I'm spend time thinking about my daughters lack of rebellion - we are working on it. I tried dressing her all in black but she ended up covered with dog hair.

I'm thinking of how much more fun it would be sitting with you in the hot tub, under the stars, drinking fine wine and eating pork rinds. Just not the same alone.
