I'm extremely social, easy going, and LOVE snowboarding (spend pretty much all my days off in Tahoe). I love going out with friends, but also don't mind a good movie night in. I grew up in San Diego and then went away to college at UC Davis. I graduated with a degree in political science. I still love the political world, but have recently decided to take a new career path. The job that I had all through out college was in food service, and I've decided to explore the culinary world.

I'm at that point in my life where I'm still not exactly sure what it is I want to do. Right now I'm heading down the cake decorating/pastry chef road and loving it. I'm considering eventually going to culinary school. I love to cook and bake for people so why not make a career out of it!

My hair...I used to hate having curly hair, but I've come to appreciate it.

My favorite books include anything written by David Sedaris. His novels are a great read and hilarious.

Movies: The Goonies, Almost Famous, Billy Madison, Wet Hot American Summer, 10 Things I Hate About You

Shows: Dexter, Arrested Development, How I Met Your Mother, Happy Endings, The Office, Parks and Rec, 30 Rock, and Modern Family. Not going to lie...my guilty pleasure TV is Jersey Shore. It's so trashy yet so addicting.

As far as music goes...I like pretty much every thing except country and heavy metal.

I could eat GOOD mexican food every day. I'm a little bit spoiled from growing up in southern california, but I just can't help it.
