Music, design, art, history, culture, travel and space rule my world. I saw the last space shuttle launch from the top of a NASA building in Florida, try to plan trips to NYC and Berlin around art exhibitions or shows, and love finding things I've never done in SF. After 10 years, it's getting hard.
I'm a proper midwesterner who has lived in SF for 10 years now. I am pretty equally Ohioan and Californian. I am an Ohioan at heart -- I value my family, believe in being honest and good to people. I am equally a Californian -- I believe in optimisim, the power of humaity, and doing what you love.
I can nerd out on lots of stuff and like to ask a million questions. I grew up with a dad who designed cars and spent lots of time around CAD machines, models, and blueprints as a kid. My mom is a super liberal artsy language type. I'm a pretty good mashup of the two of them.
I've had great life experiences and don't expect them to stop. My crazy party days and working insanely hard days are behind me (for now). I'm ready to chill out, have a garden, stay in a bit more, and appreciate the people in my life. People are forever, jobs aren't.
