My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hello,

I am a nice, easy going sort of person. I have my little eccentricities. Oh, I am little on the shy side and more of a listener than a talker. Well, until you get me debating about stuff. I have a dark sense of humor and I am sarcastic. Also, although I grew up in the north east I do not have a strong accent.

I spend a lot of time cooking and I like to make food for my friends. I am currently reinventing and idiot proofing a lot of my recipes to fit my vegetarian lifestyle. Even as I write this I am enjoying a homemade toasted hazelnut milk, cacao and avocado smoothie. Actually, I am now thinking of going Vegan as I am practically one already.

In my down time, I spend a lot of fencing and I plan to do more! It is a sport, where you can legally stab people and how can one not love a sport like that. :P I am going to get my own equipment very soon which means I can start entering competitions.

And, this should go without saying but, I like anything history related since I did my degrees in the subject.

I do not use my phone often as I have massive hands which means texting takes ages and I have phone anxiety. Therefore, I do not call people often or for long periods of time.

Oh yes, one last thing, I save spiders and will not kill them. :)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I am currently working at Sunderland University Library as a part-time library assistant. I am volunteering at Crook Hall, Durham Cathedral and Mining institute in Newcastle. I am trying to get toned, so I am exercising more and more these days. Other than fencing, I play squash and I am training for a marathon. I play guitar and the violin. I am ok, but, I am very much still a beginner. I am also learning French but I need spend more studying it. Oh, I paint and draw too. I plan on doing my PhD and possibly another MA at some point. I intend on moving away, possibly to mainland Europe to continue my education but we shall see.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I am good at fencing, photography, cookery, history, listening, keeping people warm and a few other things. I loved to be challenged and get bored if there is a lack of chaos/excitement in my life. Hence, why I turn my hand to so many things.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My eyes, there is a in-joke between my friends where they have become sentient and evil!

I also like animated series such as Lupin the 3rd, Adventure Time and Futurama. Music: Rock, instrumental, jazz and classic. Food: I am veggy but I do not consume milk of yoghurt. I love intense flavours and spice. I am a bit picky about what I eat. It is a running joke among my friends that I am food snob. haha.
