I'm also good with computers, but that's more of a life-skill than a hobby.
I like parkour and would like any excuse to get back into it.
The second is that I do not act like normal people. I mean, really don't.
Books: Douglas Adams, comedic science fiction, amateur authors (I enjoy the self-publish movement that's happened recently, especially with the advent of e-book popularity), singularity/post-singularity/cyberpunk/post-cyberpunk fiction (Charlie Stross, William Gibson).
Shows: I don't watch television, I don't have a subscription service, and I don't particularly enjoy it. There are a few shows which I will watch online or download by season, but it isn't anything I pursue with any great enthusiasm or do with any amount of regularity. To clarify, I'm not one of those nasty people that says 'Oh I don't watch TV.' in a way that really says 'I look down upon you for watching TV.', I just don't watch it. I don't find it entertaining at all. I watch My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Dexter, and several Cartoon Network shows because I find them to be enjoyable, but I wouldn't consider that watching TV because it's a social event where we've downloaded several episodes to watch it a row with friends. What I should probably say is, "I don't pay a monthly subscription to stream a few thousand broadcast channels to my place of residence, mostly because I would only watch it for about two hours a month, and I could get those shows for free online.".
Films: Terry Gilliam (12 Monkeys, Adventures of Baron Munchhausen), fun science fiction things, anything with substance. (I'm not a big film person, so I can't really think of any good examples/genres.)
Music: Anything that isn't Swedish dance pop. Yes, including country and rap music (though I find that a lot of songs in these genres are just poorly written). I like metal, weird electronic music, annoying noises, world music, folk, blues, jazz, opera, and any music that's just written well. I've been particularly enjoying independent/indie artists like Jack Conte, Nataly Dawn, Lauren O'Connell, and Julia Nunes.
Food: Japanese and English food. Yeah, that includes the more disgusting dishes (nattou? suet puddings?). I love Japanese and English food a LOT lot lot. Winning me over is very easy if I get free Japanese or English food. =D
3. Musical instruments.
Ehm... just double those up for now. I don't really need a lot to keep me happy. I just need to be fed, watered, and kept busy with hands-on or creative projects.
...whether or not I've said or done the right thing.
...far off places that may or may not exist for which I feel intensely homesick. It's a lot less bright outside where these are.
