hello, I'm jeanette.

I'm the sort of girl who likes Beksinski, Odd Nerdrum, Slawomir Rumiak, and Trevor Brown. I like beautiful, unsettling art because it has a dreamlike quality that excites all my precious little neurons. I think it speaks volumes about what's going on in my head at any given moment.

In terms of my personality, I'm polite, practical, and at least a little intelligent. I like to talk, I like to laugh, and I smile a lot. I'm real and relatable and probably will never tell you "That's deep" unless I think it isn't deep and that you're just trying to show me how smart you are. I'm not jaded but things and people don't often impress me.

I'm low maintenance in nearly all aspects of my life and enjoy things being that way. I dress simple and am just that way, uncomplicated.

going to mesa college to study art, teaching art to high school kids, doing art!

thinking of something and making it happen

in addition, I have several other weird skill sets such as:
being pretty great at dyeing hair
always finding sweet deals at thrift stores

I'm pretty short and reminded of this daily.

I spent most of my time thinking about art and all it's many meanings and what value it has to us all. I also like to have long linear thoughts on how things are assembled or processes of creation in general. I like to understand things.
