Sometimes having friends over on memorial day, buying copious amounts of liquor, and setting off fireworks will get the cops called on you...sometimes.

One cannot take life for granted, so why not cause a little ruckus? As much as I enjoy a little anarchy every now and then, I also enjoy rainy nights being stuck indoors listening to Miles Davis or Feist and reading/writing. The key is finding a balance between the boring and the fun, everything should be taken in moderation. Life is one big balancing act.

My career is anything but ordinary. Sometimes Eddie Vedder nods his head in acknowledgement, other times I'm waiting for an elevator with Jamie Foxx texting away on his phone. Working in the film industry has been and will continue to be anything but ordinary. That is what I find most fulfilling about life, not knowing what is going to come up next.

Currently I freelance as a production assistant for film and tv in NYC. It has been less than a year and I have already experienced things on the job site that I will tell my grandchildren about.

My long term goal is to become a producer, but that is years down the road. In the mean time I've been planning to start filming and directing shorts and music videos to build up my film portfolio. The ultimate dream is to be compared to Quentin Tarantino someday.

getting groups together to do something. Whether it be going on a camping trip or hitting the local dive bar, I'm usually 'that guy' who organizes festivities.

starting work-place traditions and repertoires.

knowing what is important and what is trivial. Too many people get caught up in petty things and lose sight of what is most important.

rocking out to the misfits or groovin' out to Deadmau5.

yelling at foxnews and conservative/tea-party talk-radio.

time management. I am always there when I say I will be there.

My smile. I have what some have called the 'ideal canines'.

My t-shirts. For example, I have a shirt with a portrait of Abe Lincoln with the text 'SWAG' underneath. I also have a postal worker uniform, but shh its a secret.

Sense of humor. Some have said I can be a bit abrasive, but what do I care if I'm laughing about it? Besides, what comic isn't abrasive besides Jeff Foxworthy?

My calm demeanor. Laid back with a great work ethic.

Current state of affairs. I enjoy reading and discussing politics, culture, and society. Trying to find meaning behind it all, like how George W Bush served 8 years in the whitehouse and why I should give a damn about half of the shit I see on CNN.

I also tend to think of ways to improve myself. Whether it be taking a new adventure, getting into a new hobby, or reflecting on decisions I've made in the past. Life is all about taking action and learning from past decisions.

Something I could never wrap my head around is how anyone could be a Dave Matthews diehard fan.

getting off working, grabbing a tall boy to drink while I shower, and then figuring out what kind of night to have.

It varies. Some nights are low key, other times I want to check out a DJ set and get down and dirty. The best nights typical start off with winging it because there are no expectations.

You are a strong confident woman who has no qualms telling a guy to go fuck himself if he is a being dick/idiot/creep. Seeing a woman telling someone off is downright sexy.

You do not ascribe to shitty reality television. Paris Hilton should not be any girl's role model.

You can hold a conversation about real things. Like passions, dreams, emotions, personal philosophy...life is too short to talk about petty things. Also, if your idea of 'jokes' is reciting something from a film/tv show over and over again, we will not get along.

You look like a lawyer by day and at night transform into a badass punk rock princess. I like the idea of passing off as 'normal' but having a 'wild side'. Think if Cinderella liked punk rock , whiskey, and tattoos.

You prefer a dive bar to a trendy club that enforces a dress code.

Philosophy and politics are words that don't make you squeamish.

You actually want to meet a decent guy for once :).
