I love music, and London and all the amazing gigs.
Pretty passionate about life in general really, though not one of those annoying overly positive people, I like to balance the cheeriness with a healthy dose of cynicism where necessary.
Equal parts modern day self-sufficient woman/part reluctant girly girl who still screams for the nearest male when there's a spider.

Okay I asked my (obviously completely unbiased) best friend to sum me up, I'm aware this is kind of cheating but it's a lot easier! she generously came up with "Smart, vivacious, witty, compassionate, independent, loyal, fun to be around, down to earth, awesome!! it's weird putting you in a little box of words! p.s. you're doing internet dating? xx".

She is obviously far too kind with her summary...but actually it is worth noting she is a journalist so clearly only states the facts.
I live in Dalston (but don't judge me I'm only like 17.5% hipster).
I work as a designer for an advertising agency.
I do some volunteer work, which I like to think ever so slightly balances out the fact that most of the time I work for a company that markets fanta to 5 year olds.
I do have some not so awesome points:
– I use emoticons
– I smoke when I'm drinking/socially (I'm aware this is not a particularly sexy habit)
– I'm originally from NZ so I have a pretty silly accent, though thankfully being from the city it's not quite as strong as Murray from Flight of the Conchords.
– I've only been here 4 years but am hoping as the years go by I can blend in and people will stop asking me to say "fush and chups")
I am lucky to have pretty damn cool family and some awesome friends and I love cooking for them and sometimes we get drunk and dance.
