My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I like to laugh more than anything in the world. I'm an introvert that can fool almost anybody that I'm an extrovert.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Right now I manage a local family owned coffee shop and restaurant. Which takes up a lot of my time. When I'm not at the cafe, I am pursuing a career in stand-up comedy. I try to make sure that I go on stage at least once a week, if not more than that. Comedy is my passion

Also, I'm doing something for the first time in my life, getting in shape. I'm riding my bicycle any chance I get and loving it. If you're looking to ride sometime hit me up, cause I'm always looking to get out there and find new roads or explore the old ones too.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Being crafty and creative. I like to make things. I'm a good cook, but I don't like baking, as baking seems to be a magical art form that I believe as you learn it, it becomes less magical. Run-on sentences.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My great and bushy beard. Which is a great frame for my awesome smile. (At least that's what my friends say)
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I'm a huge nerd. I love sci-fi and fantasy stuff. I also like things that make me think. And of course I love comedy.

Books- Neil Gaiman, Sarah Vowell, David Sedaris, Douglas Adams, Stephen King, comic books, recently read The Night Circus and Ready Player One. Both were great.

Movies- The Princess Bride, The Big Lebowski, really anything the Coen brothers do, Wes Anderson films, Citizen Kane, The Thin Man series, old noir detective films. Lots and lots of movies

Music- They Might Be Giants, Violent Femmes, Cake, Nick Cave, Bishop Allen, The Clash, The Pixies, Buddy Holly, Talking Heads, Elvis Costello

TV- Parks and Recreation, The Office, Community, 30 Rock, The Kids In The Hall, Chuck, Doctor Who, Psych, the IT Crowd, and many others.

Food- Coffee! I love Indian cuisine and Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, and sushi.

Something to read
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Bits for my comedy. I am always writing something down or jumping to find my pen. Comedy is so very important to me as it's my expressive outlet.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I don't have typical Friday nights. Often I am out with friends or singing wonderfully bad at Karaoke. Sometimes I'll be running sound or lights or both for things like improv, burlesque, or other show. Sometimes for theatre and/or dance. Hopefully I'll be doing more performing as a Stand-up soon.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm a knitter. I knit things. I actually have no problem telling people this.
