I am openminded, warmhearted, and curious.
My Self-Summary
I’m one of those native New Yorkers whose breath is still taken
away at the sight of the Brooklyn Bridge. But I’m not New
York-centric (oh, just a little bit.) I love to travel—Spain and
Portugal are two of my favorite destinations. I definitely have
disparate sides. I read the New York Times but love the Daily News
(or used to, anyway). I listen to Dylan but dance to Prince.
Faulkner is fun but so is a Yankee game. I believe in passion in
all parts of my life and seek that out in my work and
relationships. I am a warm, caring, open-minded person who is
interested in other people. My other interests: Ladino literature,
urban culture, Indy movies, jazz & rock, novels & memoirs,
lakes & mountains (Catskills!), family & friends.
I would love to be with a man who is warm, compassionate, honest,
intelligent, & sensual; someone who sees adventure in a
long-term commitment; someone who is passionate and into exploring
all aspects of a relationship (kind of like Henry Miller and Anais
Nin); someone who has an appreciation of high and low culture--that
means we can read Rilke’s poetry one moment and watch Seinfeld the
next. We would both find conventionality boring.
What I’m doing with my life
I am at a point in my life where I see everything as a learning
experience. Self-growth is key.
Oh yeah..what am I doing with my life? I work, hard, connect with
friends, read, travel whenever I can, walk, contemplate the
world...
I’m really good at
Listening, traveling into the unknown, analyzing just about
anything.
