I mostly enjoy art and other creative endeavors. I take longform improv classes and am the head of Communications for the Phoenix Improv Festival. I have trouble sitting still. I think most things are funny. I collect vintage paint-by-numbers and toys from 25cent machines. I paint. I've always wanted a miniature pony. I'm a big fan of the portmanteau. I like food photography. I make amazing cupcakes. I like beverages with bubbles. I don't understand Harry Potter. I hate wearing pants. I like purple. I have an orange cat named "Conreadipus Birdie" who may very well be a Mogwai. I spend a lot of my time talking to strangers on the street. I collect religious tracts. I like ridiculous shoes. I make people blush. I like the 1950s. I like terrible movies. I've never been to Europe.

What I’m doing with my life

Whatever makes sense today. I paint, work with children, watch improv, and try to make the world a little more interesting than it was yesterday. Even with the wealth of social media sites we have at our disposal, I still hate trying to define myself on "paper".

Making the awkward observation. Making people laugh. Catching typographical errors.

Making people laugh so hard that they pass out, hit their heads and die.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Art, improv, improving productivity, ideas, other people, boobs. Not in that order. I think a lot about the way people interact with each other and the meaning behind people's actions. Mostly, I just think about the fact that the word "boobs" makes me laugh.

On a typical Friday night I am

At an improv show. Drinking beer. These two activities are not mutually exclusive.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

Oh, I don't know. I never learned how to ride a bike...is that private? Oooh, here's a good one: My best friend, imitationofch, and I once entertained the thought of becoming "telephone actresses" because we thought it would funny. This idea never came to fruition, fortunately.
