My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm originally from Sudbury, but have lived in Ottawa for about 5 years now. I enjoy keeping up to date on the news and local politics. In my spare time I'm usually watching TV, or out walking or biking around Ottawa. I can be pretty opinionated, but usually I can see the other side of the story.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working and enjoying the summer.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Knowing random facts.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Sometimes my face can be pretty obnoxious, so people can notice that.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
I haven't done nearly enough reading lately. But I watch a lot of movies. Favourites: Mrs Doubtfire, The Dark Knight, Star Trek, A Single Man, and anything by Pixar.
I like a lot of different styles of music. I like most popular songs, but my favourite artists are: blink-182, Lady Gaga, Daft Punk, Black Eyed Peas, David Guetta, Moneen, Dragonette, and Panic! at the Disco.
And food is just good. Pretty well all of it. Om nom.
Oh and I watch a lot of TV. Community, Modern Family, Weeds, Dexter and Californication are some of my favourites.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Cell phone, the internet, summer, coffee, alcohol and my friends.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Everything. I waste a lot of time thinking about the past and things that I did or said and criticizing myself for doing/saying them. I guess it is just some misguided idea that if I think about what I did wrong that I wouldn't make the same mistake twice? Definitely misguided.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Surrounded by awesome people.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I don't really know myself, so that acts as a barrier when I'm trying to get to know others.
