My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
When I was younger, I thought by this age I'd be taller.

I just finished a dual Masters program in social work and human sexuality education. I'm super excited to be moving forward and am in the process of looking for work as a clinical social worker and an adjunct professor.

My background is theatre; one of my bachelors degrees is in theatre and I worked for a company in Ohio before I moved to Philly. I loved it, and I miss it. I hope to get back into it now that I'm done with school. One of my old professors said that my work is irreverent. I think that is a great way to describe what I like.

I also like this:
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Right now I am very much between everything. I just graduated and am looking for a job. I recently moved out of my last place and am drifting around seeing what happens. I'm in a sublet for the next three weeks and then... I haven't the slightest.

I dunno where I'm going to land and that's kind of cool. And scary. Which is also cool.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
My reflective listening skills are baller.

Creating stories.

I make a mean crunchy tofu and vegetable stirfry.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm ridiculously excited by things, like certain bands and clever ideas.

Or that I look stand-offish which is me mostly being socially awkward while maintaining a confident, guarded expression.

Or, like, less serious-sounding, that I wear dresses a lot or really practical shoes. Sometimes at the same time.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Theater. I like to make it my life.

People. Interaction rocks.

Art is necessary.

I have a novelty fetish. I love new things; namely, experiences rather than material objects.

Fun food and The Daily Show. Bye, Jon Stewart, I miss you. Hey, Trevor Noah. I don't trust you yet, but I'm willing to give it a shot.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How many things I want to do and how I'm going to do them.

Monogamy, polyamory, and all the perceptions, opinions, and languages around them. It's one of my academic areas of interest.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
either at a show, out with friends, alone at home on Imgur, playing video games (This War of Mine is my latest, thank you Steam) working on assignments at the last minute, or doing a paint by number.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
In Pottermore, I was sorted into Slytherin House.

I flag hunter green and black in my right back pocket.

Message me if you like to cook dinner and appreciate the offer to help clean up afterwards.

Also message me if you little romantic-ish things like picnics, brunch by candlelight, origami, and orange flowers.
