I am currently studying philosophy as a grad student at the University of Toledo--it is good times. Once I graduate with my MA, I hope to continue on to a PhD program and be in academia forever--this prospect deeply excites me.

I am a human and like stuff and things, and other stuff and things like that.

I am currently in a relationship right now with a totally kickass lady, HypatiasGirl, who is also a philosopher and who I am totally crazy about, but we are definitely not exclusive; we are both open to new connections and experiences, so you would have to be down with non-monogamy, or with just being buds! Horray!

Drinking with friends, reading, reading in coffee shops, reading in bars, reading on the bus, being excited that I will never ever be able to read everything I want/need to read, playing pinball, playing co-ed rec league soccer, attempting to teach myself the guitar, attempting to teach myself French, attempting to do things that scare me, taking walks, being totally badass.

Philosophy, art, literature, friends, sex, love.

The thesis I need to have done by the end of this coming school year, the various forms of oppression and how to fight them, sex, revolution, rock and roll.

Sometimes I buy a can of chocolate frosting and eat it with a spoon.

I want to meet others with fire in their bellies and lightning in their veins, I want to connect to people who are dissatisfied with the world and the way things are all while being completely and utterly in love with the world and everyone in it, I want to find like-minded souls who are driven to do and learn and create new and exciting things even if they don't yet know what those things are. It is also helpful if you believe that humans are capable or should be capable of connecting mentally, emotionally, and physically to more than one person; it's not that I don't believe in monogamy, clearly it exists and is perfectly fine for some people, I just am not one of those people.
