I'm kind hearted, considerate, optimistic and have a positive outlook. I have a great sense of humor, love to laugh and can be silly at times. I have a tremendous capacity for love and caring and enjoy taking the time to do the little things in life that make the ones I love feel special.
My children are incredible, they are fun, they mean the world to me! I have two daughters, 18 and 14, and a son 15. The experience of being a mom is a daily eye opener. You really learn unconditional love and how it changes your way of looking at life. I?ve been divorced now for 11 years and have had a couple long term relationships over the years. No regrets, I?ve grown and learned a lot from my past relationships and still have hope of finding that special someone to enjoy life with!
So what am I looking for? I would like someone who is intelligent/intellectual so we can have meaningful conversation and someone who has their own passions, interests and successes outside of me. Someone who is real, who can see humor in life's absurdities rather than get frustrated by them. You have to love to laugh! A good sense of humor is quite appealing. I'm not impressed by how many mountains you've climbed, material possessions or how much money you make. I'm impressed by a healthy outlook on life, the way you treat others, your ability to strive for balance, your willingness to work on communication and other aspects of a successful relationship. I'm not looking for perfection, you should have a strong sense of self and are not afraid to expose your flaws and in return I can be myself in the relationship without feeling judged.
With all this said, one important factor that can't be over looked is that thing called chemistry. It's hard to explain, but we all know it when we feel it. Without that spark, nothing can evolve past a friendship.
