My Self-Summary
For the most part I'm quiet and keep to myself. Most might consider
this boring, I call it being prudent. I'm not a big fan of
everything, but I try and be a good sport and I'm willing to try.
The things I do like, I adore.
I love comfortable shoes. Art (music, books, movies) is the only thing that makes all this tolerable. At least that's what I've been thinking lately. I like to ramble incoherently on the Internet.

What I’m doing with my life
I just graduated college in the spring with a liberal arts degree
in the horrible economy. So when I ask myself, "What am I doing
with my life?" I answer, "That's a good question," then sit in
silence for a few seconds. Then I remember I read a lot.
But really, I'm just living the dream, biding my time till I become popular and successful and wear nice suits and go on book tours or something equally fabulous.

I have a beard or I'm tall or something. I'd like for it to be my
ensemble but maybe that's too much to ask.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Books: Kurt Vonnegut, Flannery O'Connor, Larry Brown, Raymond
Chandler. I recently went through a Faulkner phase which has now
switched into a Roberto Bolano phase. I love that man.
Movies: Robert Rodriguez, P.T. Anderson, David Cronenberg, Woody Allen, Wes Anderson, Ken Russell, James Whale, The Marx Brothers in general.
Music: Loud, noisy stuff. Lots of Swans lately (don't read too much into that). Oh, and the Kinks.
Food: Uh, Mexican? I'll eat anything, I don't care. Except mustard.
