My Self-Summary
Back in LA after finishing school in Boulder (I studied Film),
looking to meet people who have new stories to tell, I've heard all
of my friends' before.
People say I'm funny, but I don't usually think the people who say it are all that hilarious so it's bitter sweet.
I prefer lists to cohesive paragraphs.

What I’m doing with my life
Working as a Production Assistant on any Film that will hire me,
shopping at flea markets and thrift stores, people watching, road
trips, and mexican food.
I’m really good at
listening, laughing, people watching while pretending to read a
book, conversing, putting my foot in my mouth on occasion, and
watching trashy tv and movies.
The first things people usually notice about me
is my handshake, firm with 3 wags.
I would also say the beard I've had for the last 4 years followed by sometimes too loud laugh.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Anything by Vonnegut and/or Chuck Klosterman for books. Also Lolita
and Bill Bryson. But I must admit I only listen to Bryson's
Audiobooks, oops.
As far as movies go my favorite lately has been Y Tu Mama Tambien, but I'm also partial to Kubrick and PT Anderson. I even dig French Films from the 60's so I'm pretty open to the whole movie thing. People think I'm snobby about movies though, so we can discuss it more at a further date.
I like the music that all the cool kids like, you're cool right? I guess I've had a few stages of music appreciation but the favorites are Radiohead, The Mars Volta, Bob Dylan and Nick Drake.
I like to eat mexican food, especially if it comes from a weird truck or scary store in a strip mall. I also love trying anything that could be considered a little weird or might be a delicacy in a foreign country.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
The future and the past but not in an emo way, more in the vein of
what it would be like to live in the future and/or the past. For
that matter, what it would be like to be someone else or a fish or
an octopus.
On a typical Friday night I am
Maybe Karaoke, maybe a party, maybe a bar, maybe on the couch. All
very good options I'd say. But usually some buddies and I will curl
up on the couch and watch a good Romantic Comedy.
