My self-summary
I can't resist an ice-cream sundae, and I eat a Hershey's chocolate bar every day. 90's pop music really does it for me. I'm a really good roller-skater, (like, seriously good) and wish I could roller-skate my way around New York City. My go-to karaoke song is Gangsta's Parasdise by Coolio. I wear a lot of neon. I'm friendly, fun, and easy-going. I'm extremely social and love to be around people, (but love my alone time too). I'm very active--totally into running and biking, ran in my first half marathon this year. Oh. I maaaay listen to the same song on repeat while I run).

Once while on the elliptical at the gym, I noticed that the handsome man on the elliptical across from me was waving. I excitedly waved back. Turns out he wasn't waving to me…just re-adjusting his headphones. Moderately embarrassing moments are my specialty! At the very least, I have some entertaining stories.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm a first grade teacher. (Just call me Miss Lippy). Most recently when discussing fire drill safety with my students, one boy shared a tip with the class. "If you are in the bathroom when the fire alarm goes off...stop what you're doing, don't wipe your butt and find a teacher."

A different student recently squatted next to me, with a look of fierce determination in his eyes. He told me not to worry, he was just pushing out a fart.

This sums up how I spend my day nicely.
I’m really good at
Laughing at myself. Remembering dates and useless trivia, ( I'll never forget your birthday, your cat's birthday, or the date that you lost your first tooth), winning Beverly Hills 90210 trivia contests at bars, making people feel comfortable, keeping in touch with everyone I know, trusting my instincts and clapping really loudly.
The first things people usually notice about me
I usually get mistaken for looking younger than I am. I don't hate it.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Modern Family, Beverly Hills 90210, Quantico, and way too much Bravo.

Dustin Diamond's, Behind the Bell. (The Screech, Saved by the Bell Tell-All), turned my world upside down. There's even a chapter called Kelly Kapowski is a slut. I know, I couldn't believe it either. You can borrow the book.

I have the musical taste of a fourteen year old girl living in the year 2000.
The six things I could never do without
1. Friends and Family
2. Ketchup
3. Summer time
4. My Journal
5. flip-flops
6. Hot pink nail polish
I spend a lot of time thinking about
how Buzzfeed manages to generate lists that I always want to read.
On a typical Friday night I am
Out with friends or sprawled out on my couch.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I went to a Sisqo concert this summer. If you don't know who this is, we probably won't be a match.

And also this:

There's an episode of Modern Family where Mitchell participates in a flash mob. I memorized the dance and frequently do it alone in my apartment.
