Hmm, I really don't like describing myself.

My name is Jen and right now I'm a full-time student at UNF. If I could, I'd probably be a professional student just because I do like learning and having been a student for so long, I can't imagine not being one. I guess I would consider myself an introvert book-nerd type of person. I do like reading even if I get out of the habit occasionally because of school.

I'm shy, but I open up quickly if given the chance. I'm also extremely quiet at first. So if I don't say much, no, it's not because I don't like you. :P I think it comes from being in my head a lot and assuming there aren't many genuine people left out there. Feel free to prove me wrong. I like that. Also, I'm not some Barbie-figured girl. If you're looking for a thin waist with huge boobs, move along elsewhere. I may not be pencil thin, but I am taking steps to improve myself.

Likes: Art/art history, skulls/bones, concerts, platform boots, animals, symmetric piercings, tattoos, industrial/electronica, sarcasm, humor, laughing, the beach at night, taller guys, makeup, watching movies, driving around, reading, people watching, cuddling, affection, love, being goofy.

What I'm looking for: Such a complex thing to answer, but here goes nothing. Companionship. Loyalty. Passion. Chemistry. Someone who I feel comfortable around and not intimidated who can make me laugh. Someone who accepts that I can sometimes be socially awkward and prefer being a twosome rather than hang out in large groups or going to places where there is a lot of noise. Someone who is kind, will appreciate me and make me feel loved. Maybe I'm asking too much, though.

I don't actually think that OkCupid does a good job depicting people with their "personality." Yep, I said it.

Oh, and please don't message me with one-liners or "what's up?" That really doesn't give me much to go with.

I'm studying Psychology right now and I haven't decided if I want to pursue my master's or just take any decent job upon graduating.

Listening and gauging people's emotions. I suppose this is where the psychology comes in. No, I do not analyze anyone. Don't worry.

Movies- the Ginger Snaps trilogy, White Oleander, Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill (both movies), Labyrinth, Pan's Labyrinth, Igby Goes Down, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Copycat, Silence of the Lambs, Antichrist (the most fucked up film I've ever seen, but anything that makes me that uneasy, I love), the Dreamers, Quills, etc.
