Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
My name is David, and I am a graduate of SF State where I majored
in cinema. I work as an office manager for a tennis instruction
company. I also teach tennis to both kids and adults, so if you
need a lesson or someone to hit with, I'm game! I accept all kinds
of people and ideas. Just cause I may not understand, doesn't mean
its wrong. That being said I don't think any area of discussion is
off limits and people tend to get offended to easily rather than
just taking a moment and realizing that words are just words, it's
our actions that truly define us. I think first impressions are
overrated because you cant truly know someone upon first meeting
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I love going into the city and getting lost. A lot of people take
everything too seriously and I think this prevents the world from
just realizing that we are essentially all the same. Focusing on
what makes us all different just separates us from each other that
much more. I really like to bike, if you like to bike then we
should bike the Great Highway near ocean beach.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Tennis, improv, freestyling. Trying to get better at giving
massages. Getting better at basketball. I will take most people
down at bowling, that is my one bread and butter. I also have found
that I am very good at giving handshakes. I can also cook fairly
well if working with familiar ingredients. I am also good at
getting terrible sun burns and because of my whiteness they usually
don't tan over. And I rule the game of Egyptian ratscrew/war.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My hair when it's a curly fro, other than that I have no idea. I
guess you could say my sense of humor. I'm pretty fast to make
jokes and it's how I handle any awkward situation. Plus, It's just
fun to make people laugh. Yes I know I resemble Larry bird and the
blonde guy from Bill and Ted's excellent adventure. I am told that
at least once a day.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Stephen Kings book mostly, books about the art of massage. Lots and
lots of movies, too many to count. Love Tarantino though, anything
of his is a go. Like watching "so bad they're good" movies, i.e.
Friday the 13th, The Room, Troll 2. Music wise, most anything, but
favorites are most alternative rap, Jurassic 5, Roots, Pharcyde.
Love old school funk, disco, and some R&B even. HBO is a great
network, sopranos, Oz, The Wire. Sons of anarchy is fun to watch.
Recently I've gotten into the Canadian show Trailer Park Boys. It
is hilarious, nonstop laughing ensues. The HBO show Girls and True
Detective are fun shows as well. Breaking Bad is probably the best
non-HBO show I've ever seen. Kudos to AMC for getting behind that
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
people, life, basketball, the 70's, film, whatever pops into mind.
My thoughts can be pretty out there sometimes, so I would rather
tell you individually than everyone at once.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Either out and about or watching a movie at home. I'm not a huge
party person but I can cut loose when needed. Board game nights are
also fun to do, but I've found that not many people like to play
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I wish my nose was smaller and that I was taller. I like the smell
of chlorine in a pool.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
Something has piqued your interest or you want to hear a funny
joke. If you want to challenge me at a card game. If you want to
play tennis, because I've been looking for new people to play with.
I like people who live an active lifestyle and take care of
themselves physically and mentally. I work hard to keep myself in
shape and I appreciate people who do as well. You don't have to be
stick thin, but if all you do is sit around and eat then I
guarantee I will not be physically attracted to you. I like all
body types as long as that person makes a conscious effort to stay
healthy. That may sound like a jerk thing to say, but that's just
my preference. If you make drama out of every little thing and take
everything personally then we probably won't get along. I am
emotionally available, but I do not want someone who thrives on
drama. I thrive on good natured fun loving people :)
I like it when someone makes the first move. Rather than just
liking my profile, message me if you're interested!
